1. Scope of Services

Cimaja Surf Lesson provides structured surf coaching (Regular Group Classes, 1-on-1 Private Classes) and surfboard rentals based at Cimaja Beach, Pelabuhanratu, Sukabumi, West Java.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All session reservations must be confirmed in advance via our official WhatsApp at +62 812-9075-5969.
• Schedules depend directly on daily ocean tide tables and swell forecasts to ensure maximum student safety and optimal wave shapes.
• Participants are advised to arrive at the basecamp at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session for gear fitting and dry-land technique orientation.

3. Ocean Safety Protocols

• Students are required to follow all safety directions and commands from their assigned coach at all times in the water.
• Participants must disclose any relevant medical history, physical limitations, or allergies prior to the session.
• Instructors reserve the absolute authority to postpone, reschedule, or adjust lesson locations if maritime weather or swell sizes exceed student safety limits.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Session rescheduling due to unforeseen emergencies or extreme weather conditions can be arranged at no additional charge by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the booked lesson time.
